This policy describes how we collect and use information about visitors to this website. By using this website, you acknowledge and consent to our practices described below. If you have questions or comments about the policy or our use of your personal information, please contact us on our contact page

Information We Collect

You may use our website without disclosing to us any personally identifiable information.

We collect personally identifiable information about you only if you choose to provide it to us by registering for an event we sponsor or signing up for our email newsletter. This personally identifiable information may include, for example, your name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering.

We do not use browser cookies to track user behavior on our website. Although our Web server does log certain technical information automatically, such as the identity of your Internet Service Provider and your computer’s IP address, none of this technical information reveals your identity to us, and it is not associated with any personally identifiable information you may choose to provide.

Any email messages and associated information that you send to addresses published on this website are not governed by this policy.

Use & Disclosure of Information

To the extent that we collect personally identifiable information for event registration, we use the information solely in connection with organization of the event for which you registered. We use it, for example, to track registration, confirm attendance, and furnish biographical details to other attendees.

If you request at the time of your registration, or at any time afterward, we may use this information to call to your attention similar events that might be of interest to you.

We do not share any user information gathered on this website with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We may, however, share your contact information with our ministry partners or with like-minded renewal groups within Methodism. Your registration information for a particular event may be provided to any event partners or co-sponsors for that event, each of whom will be identified to you at the time of registration. The privacy policies of these partners and co-sponsors may differ from this one.

We may disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required by law to do so.

Changing Your Information

We allow you to opt-out of future communications at any time by replying to any email you receive with a message that reads “Remove” in the subject line or use the “Unsubscribe” feature at the bottom of our email newsletter.
